J, ASB Case Ref 19914 - 157 High Street DY9 8LT In response to your request for information, it is difficult to recall the precise words used in this incident; it occurred in Connops Way DY9 8UD some months ago when I had an opportunity to remind Philip of my opinion of 'dogs in the house'. He reacted in a way which left me with no doubt that, in protecting the interests of 'is dog, he would include a physical attack in his measures. I must also include here some additional threatening behaviour that occurred very recently (Friday 17th January): 6:40pm "I should put your head in, you might lose it" (I was surveying the potentially gorgeous Connops Way from a landing window). 6:45pm "If you bang my door again I'll bang your f***ing head in" from outside (in Connops Way, presumably shouted-up to yours truly). I have certainly not 'banged anybody's door' - though other residents (such as Colin Smart at 161 who has declared that I "cannot be heard coming and going") will confirm that I usually make every effort to avoid disturbing neighbours, the rear door to 157-162 DY9 8LT, may well have 'noisily closed to' on this rare occasion as it does, sadly, automatically, by design, for reasons of security. I do not recall 'banging anyone's door' in recent times (if ever) and it is not in my interests to 'bang a neighbour's door' and 'run-off'. Isn't it at least rather sad, J, that we are here discussing dog-issues a few hours after a foreign teenager, Greta Thunberg, has been forced to remind us that the world's on fire? D.
